1. Definitions
In these Terms:
“Business” means Selena Aylett trading as Tactix.
“Client” means any individual or entity purchasing or booking Services.
“Services” means coaching, consultation, courses, digital products, written materials, and any related services provided by the Business.
“Digital Content” means downloadable or online materials supplied in digital form.
“Website” means XXX.
2. About the Business
2.1 The Services are provided by Selena Aylett trading as Tactix.
2.2 These Terms govern all purchases, bookings, and use of Services.
2.3 By booking or purchasing Services, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 The Services are educational and developmental in nature.
3.2 Nothing provided constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, or therapeutic advice.
3.3 The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the use of the Services.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
4.1 The Business makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.
4.2 Results depend on the Client’s engagement, honesty, and implementation.
4.3 The Client accepts full responsibility for their use of the Services.
5. Tactix Education and Coaching Is Not Therapy or Clinical Treatement
5.1 The Services provided under Tactix are educational and coaching-based in nature and do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical services of any kind.
5.2 Selena Aylett trading as Tactix is not acting as a licensed medical, psychological, or mental health professional.
5.3 The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.
5.4 The Client confirms that they are responsible for their own mental and emotional wellbeing and will seek appropriate professional support where necessary.
5.5 If the Client is experiencing crisis, severe psychological distress, or risk of harm, they must seek immediate assistance from qualified professionals or emergency services.
6. Emotional Discomfort and Challenging Content
6.1 The Services may involve direct challenge, critical reflection, and examination of beliefs, behaviours and decisions.
6.2 Participation may give rise to uncomfortable emotions, including frustration, embarrassment, anger, sadness, or self-doubt.
6.3 The Client acknowledges that such emotional responses are a foreseeable and normal part of developmental coaching and do not constitute harm, negligence, or failure of service.
6.4 The Business does not promise comfort, reassurance, validation, or emotional soothing.
6.5 The purpose of the Services is clarity, growth, and personal responsibility, not the avoidance of difficult feelings.
7. Booking Payment and Cancellation
7.1 All Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
7.3 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the session will be forfeited.
7.4 Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in loss of that session.
8. Digital Content and Statutory Cancellation Rights

8.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts.
8.2 Where Digital Content is supplied immediately upon purchase, the Client:
(a) expressly consents to immediate performance; and
(b) acknowledges that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once access or download begins.
8.3 All Digital Content purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Coaching sessions are refundable only where cancelled in accordance with clause 6.2.
9.2 No refunds are provided for:
Missed sessions
Late cancellations
Change of mind regarding Digital Content
Discomfort arising from coaching discussions
9.3 Nothing in this clause affects statutory rights relating to faulty Digital Content.
10. Intellectual Property and Trademark
10.1 TACTIX® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom and is owned by Selena Aylett.
10.2 All content, frameworks, materials, documents, recordings, methodologies, branding, course materials, and session content provided by the Business remain the intellectual property of Selena Aylett trading as Tactix.
10.3 The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal use only.
10.4 The Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any materials or the TACTIX® trademark without prior written permission.
10.5 Unauthorised use of the TACTIX® trademark or associated materials may constitute trademark infringement and/or copyright infringement and may be pursued accordingly.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Information disclosed during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.
11.2 Confidentiality may be broken where:
(a) required by law; or
(b) there is a risk of serious harm to the Client or others.
10.3 The Business does not guarantee security of communication over third-party platforms.
12. Recording of Sessions
12.1 The Client may not record, transcribe, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any coaching or consultation session, whether in person or online.
12.2 This includes audio recording, video recording, AI transcription tools, or any other capture technology.
12.3 Unauthorised recording constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.
12.4 All session content remains the intellectual property of Selena Aylett trading as Tactix.
13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Services are provided for educational and developmental purposes only. The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from participation in the Services.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for:
(a) any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss;
(b) loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, reputation or anticipated savings;
(c) emotional distress or dissatisfaction arising from coaching discussions;
(d) any decision made or action taken (or not taken) by the Client in reliance on the Services
13.3 The Business shall not be liable for any loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failure, platform outages, illness, or interruption of internet services.
13.4 The total aggregate liability of the Business, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Business in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
14.1 The Business may terminate Services immediately if:
Payment is not received
Boundaries are repeatedly violated
The working relationship becomes inappropriate or unsafe
14.2 The Client may terminate coaching at any time.
14.3 No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless required by law.
15. Website Use
15.1 The Client agrees not to misuse the Website or attempt unauthorised access.
15.2 Content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
16. Force Majeur
16.1 The Business shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failure, or acts of God.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Entire Agreement
18.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
